The rates, expressed in Italian euro, are per room per night and include: breakfast on the outdoor terrace, in-room double/single shower, hairdryer, fresh towels on alternate days, change of sheets every 3 days, use of swimming pool, use of bicycle.
All of the rooms have:private terrace, air conditioning, Led television with 32-inch screen, high speed internet wireless access, mini bar (optiional use).

Cancellation policy
- if cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to arrival: NO PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED;
- if cancellation occurs from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 33% of entire amount will be charged;
- if cancellation occurs from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of entire amount will be charged;
- if cancellation occurs from 7 days prior to arrival : 100% of entire amount will be charged.
P.S. Cancellations must be advised by mail or fax, cancellations by phone will not be considered valid.
